3. Problem/s I faced:	he has a writer named pramod he is a main link

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	IF YOUR PAPERS R CORRECT THEN DO NOT WORRY GO AHEAD AND IF THERE IS ANY TROUBLE THEN RTI IS THE BEST OPTION 4 EVERYBODY
