| 2. Services that were sought: | Penalise the corrupt officials. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Officials are partial in giving tenders. |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | No |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | |

| Details of Content: | Each and every contract from security, gardening, maintenance of Effluent plant, sub-station, autoclave maintenance, plantation of horticultural crops and teak. |
| D: My Suggestions | |
| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | There should be fair inquiry for each and every contract. |
| Suggestion 2: | People working are not getting there PF deposited. It is duty of govt. organisation to get the contractor PF amount deposited but due to corruption it is not getting done. |
| Suggestion 3: | The contract amount is prudently high as bribe is being given to the concerning officers and involvement of head of institue is there. Removal of corrupt Joint Director is only solution. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | Secreate investigation be done first. Ask the contract employees whether they are getting the right salary and PF since more than last 10 years. As its monpoly of the joint director and staff is very low, even no one want to take the encounter with Joint Director. Otherwise the transfer is another weapon. |
| 3. For other citizens: | |
| Suggestion 1: | If no one gives bribe, how can there will be a corrupt officials. Also there will be fair work with fair profits. |

| I will never get any contract in Bhopal if get revealed. As the lobby is very big for these persons. And my contract is also running in the parental institute. | |
