Problem/s I faced: | I was returning from seeing an movie late night @ 12. traffic police was standing in the enterance of the main street, stopped and asked if drunk & asked for insurance and licence, i showed him but i was an having an learners licence, he told it was not acceptable to drive with an L.L and charged me |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Yes i paid him, i thought of going to his senior officer who was standing in either side of the road but he was also collecting money without providing the charge sheet |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Even an 50 rupees of fine should be colected by an official in form of fine by giving the recept, and i need to know wheather there are an rules such that should not drive an two wheeler having an leaner licence and all other documents. |
| Suggestion 2: | I havnt seen from near future any news papers having the information of fine amounts for traffic regulations |

| Suggestion 1: | wheather the anti corruption phone number is available if so the numbers should be displayed in many places. The phone numbers of the anti corruption should be easy to remember like an ambulance numeber or an call taxi numeber. |
