B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2010 – Mar

2. Services that were sought:	Franking of sale agreement and registration of the property

3. Problem/s I faced:	clerk and assistant boy asked bribe to process my request and made me wait for hours to get sale agreement franked

4. Bribe amount:	50 for franking and 5000 for registration

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	Yes. to get my work done

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	introduce token system. Single window operator to handle the request

6. Result:	work done

1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Start token system to work. Add staff who will help the process done. Have help desk and help line contact number

Suggestion 1:	Suspend arrest them teach them lesson

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	none
