B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2010 – Apr

2. Services that were sought:	Correction of details in voter id card for myself and collecting voter id card for my wife.

3. Problem/s I faced:	Refused to serve any service. Told to come back after one month. Officers were playing cards.

4. Bribe amount:	No amount. But were not working. Instead were playing. Were sending back public to come in 1 mnth

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	no

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

6. Result:	i could not either make any correction to my card nor could collect voter card for my wife.

C: Additional Informtion attached
Details of Content:	A.R.O. Officer was talking abruptly and was abusive. He was not telling why they are not doing any work and told me abusively, do anything i could do. His name was suchinder sharma




D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Be strict to officers of this type. They are just not doing anything being in govt. job. Sack them right away. They initally told to come after 15th april and then when i went after 15th april, they didnt do anything just told to come back after may month.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Catch them red handed and make sure they are out of govt. job.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	Nothing can be done with officials of this type. Just take a spy camra to record your proceedings and send that later to CBI.
