B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2008 – Jan

2. Services that were sought:	Prompt Action

3. Problem/s I faced:	Land of forest allotted (in the name of livelihood) besides they have taken ownership of 3 acres in the same a/c. in more then 1 place. and also covered area of forest in more then 1 place.So total area exceeds 10 acres. Now they sell the land and go to other palce and do same thing. Good Business

4. Bribe amount:	The patwari,Forest guard,Ranger,Sarpanch,panch use to take party ( flesh + drink + lady ) + 3000/-

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	NO

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	Yes ( by humble request )

6. Result:	They told do whatever I wanted because the money is shared will all officials.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	(1) Land should be allotted to only residence of that village, after inquiring the birth,school certificate marriage certificate.( not false) (2) Tehsildars should sign residential proof paper himself and layers should not hold power of issuing residential certificates with false signature. (3) Patwari use to sign basic certificate only for 1000/-.which should be stopped. (4) Cango (a office where old land records have secured) the official use to take 50000 for more that 5 acres of govt. plot to make in the name of party. It should be computerised and security system should be implemented.

Suggestion 2:	It cannot be stopped until and unless 1. Each employee of the department ( at block level) should transferred. If any one left then he knows the way again.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Official related to land and revenue are involved at Dist. Korba at Gevra-dipka Area. Sir this is a place where earlier CBI went and left bare hand without doing any action.

Suggestion 2:	If CBI works honestly in the area without fear. (not like before) then only corruption could be ended.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	All the citizens are requested to complain at whatever level they can.
