| 3. Problem/s I faced: | charges more money on purchase of stamp papers & tickets than actual amount written on it. |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | he was bent on quarelling. I did not wanted to take law in my own hands in court premises. |

| Details of Content: | complaining to local authorities is of no use as they are aware of such things in such remote areas of the country. It is also difficult to meet them as red tapism pesist there. |

| Suggestion 1: | send a decoy customer to him or verify truth from legal fraternity like lawyers, typist of that court. Local authorities above him should be pulled up. |
