| 2. Services that were sought: | Inquiry into the illegal demand of fine or ransom by police officials at karimganj on the account of carrying packaged meat in the train |

| 4. Bribe amount: | Innitially Rs. 500 which junped to Rs. 1000 on demand for receipt for the fine paid |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | I did bot pay the bribe but missed the train I was travelling from Silchar to Agartala on the 6th December 2009 stopping at Karimganj station at 1pm and had to hire a cab for Rs. 1400 to reach |

| Suggestion 1: | To check on the illegal checking as none of the constables or the incharge checking the train had their name tags or identification on them. |
| Suggestion 2: | The TT should accompany the checking of the passenger in the train |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | This has not been the 1st case of illegal charges but initially my friend were chared Rs. 3000 and Rs. 1500 respectively |
