WILDLIFE (SPECIFIED PLANT STOCK DECLARATION)
CENTRAL RULES, 1995
G.S.R. 350(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (h) of Section 63 read with Section 17E of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Wildlife (Specified Plant Stock Declaration) Central Rules, 1995.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of commencement of provisions of Chapter IIIA of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972.
2. Declaration, of stocks by a cultivator or dealer in specified plants, parts and derivatives thereof,
Every cultivator of specified plants and the dealer in specified plants and derivatives thereof shall, within 30 days from the commencement of provisions of Chapter IIJA of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, declare his stocks of specified plants, parts and derivatives thereof, as the case may be, as on the date of such declaration to the Chief Wildlife Warden in the form given below:
