Request for N.G.O. training
Respected Sir/ Ma’am,
I am from India’s apex handicrafts design school, Indian Institute of Crafts and Design (IICD). I am doing my graduation in soft material handicrafts-product-design. Our institution is a setup of Rajasthan government and supported by the various state and union ministries of Indian Government.
I am doing my specialization in soft material which deals with textiles which includes weaving, leather and paper. I have done a basic and advanced course in weaving with Mr. Kurma Rao, who is a well known faculty from NID. In our foundation year we have also worked with different materials like wood, clay, leather and metal.
In our course structure here at IICD, there are 6 designs projects scheduled – excluding NGO training, industrial training and a diploma projects.
Sir, I am currently in my 2nd year, third semester. I want to work with your organization for my forthcoming NGO training as per your requirement(s). The duration of the NGO training will be of 6 weeks, which can be extended up to 2 months. My NGO training will be scheduled during march-April 2007. my area of work will be in weaving. It would be a great pleasure to work and learn with your reputed organization during that period.
If you are ready to give me a chance in working in your organization, then please inform me with your official guidelines and professional expectations. Hoping for a positive response.
Thanks you,
Regards,
Mahima Varma
