New Discovery in Holistic Medical Science

I would like to draw the attention to a new holistic therapy called Instinct Therapy which is as old as the creation of life on earth.
There are said to be 8.4 million (84 lakh) species that are living their natural lives except one called human beings. Instead of following nature, humans have changed their lifestyle giving rise to various ailments and diseases. DISCOVERY OF SIMPLE NATURE CURE FOR BACK PAINS

As soon as one wakes up, one should put both the palms under the head in place of the pillow. Then relax and make the following simple movements by the legs without tension like a child who goes on playing with legs and feet without making them stiff. or tense.
One, keeping the heels one or two inches apart, join the big toes, wait for a second, then jerk up the feet towards you without moving the heels so that the knees also will rise. Wait for a second. Leave the feet down quickly in a relaxed manner. After a second, take the
feet apart as before and enjoy the relaxation for a few seconds before repeating the same ten or more times.
Two, do the same till you lift up the feet, then circulate the left foot leftside and the right foot
to the right making a semi circle joining both the toes down to make full circle. Wait for a second and take the feet apart to their original position and enjoy for a few seconds or more before repeating again for ten times or more.
Three, reverse the circular movement to join the toes up as before, with knees rising. Wait for a second, then drop the feet downwards. Then relax for second and take the feet apart and enjoy. After enjoying for a few seconds, repeat, ten times or more.
Four, take the feet eight or ten inches apart, lift up both the feet as in one above, the knees rising. Wait for asecond, join the knees together or as close as possible if the legs be too fat. Wait for a second.
Then drop the feet back to their original place and enjoy. Five, after enjoying ten or more times the number four, draw the feet towards your buttocks, half way or so wherever it may be comfortable, with knees risen upwards. Then quicly raise both the toes upwards, the
heels stay put. After a second, join the knees and after a second, drop both the feet back to relax and enjoy ten times or more.
After enjoying these above five exercises, slowly take the feet downwards slowly thinking that one is becoming longer and longer straight like a bamboo from head to toes. When fully stretched, take a deep breath, hold it for a second. Then exhale to relax.
Then turn side ways and get up straight like a young person and start walking.
