Advice needed regarding Mascular Dystrophy

My nephew (Aniruddha Dalmia – age 15 years) is suffering from –
** According to Health Care for Children report dated 20/4/98 Aniruddha has progressive denegenrative peripheral neuropathy (not of inflammatory origin). He stays at Virar, Mumbai.
I request your help/ guidance with the following –
1. Organisations/ people whom I can contact to seek career guidance and counselling for Aniruddha
2. What are the concessons/ benefits (in education, job, pension, other) provided to the disabled students by the State/ Central governmentand and how to avail the same.
3. Guidance as to the new treatments such as stem cell, etc. for muscular destrophy.

** According to Dept. of Neuropathology and Applied Biology, Medical Research Centre of Bombay Hospital (report dt. 20/2/97 when Aniruddha was 3 years old) – He has a chronic advanced non-inflammatory neuropathy with myelin more affected than axons.
Accroding to P. D. Hinduja report dated 13/8/97 Aniruddha has Heredatary Sensorimotor Neuropathy Tupe I
