Requited guidence for HRD Attestation on D.M.L.T. Certificate

Respected Sir/Madan Good Morning , I have completed D.M.L.(Deploma in medical Laboratory & Technology ) from IPH& H ,from Dr.Baba saheb ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad (M.S.) in 1995. My Identifications are below. 1. Name: Mr.Mohanlal Mehta 2. Session. 1994-95 3.Roll No. 1487 4.Regd. No. 1037 Presently i am working in my own private laboratory in Sagwara (Distt.Dungarpur ) Rajasthan since 1997. But now a have applied for MOH Saudi Arabia via Avenue resources co. New friends colony New Delhi that interviews are to held in end of march. They reqiured HRD attested on my Deploma certificate so please make inquiry & guide me that which deparement give me this type of attested on my certificate that i can able to qualified for this interview.
