Position – Secretary & Executive Assistance to Director

Job Profile –
- Taking dictation and drafting letters/faxes/
emails etc. - Maintenance of records and documents
- Collate information and flag priority items for information and action
- Organizing meetings & preparing minutes of meeting with action plans & follow-ups
- Must be capable of conducting internet searches and power-point presentations
- Taking care of Director’s office in Administrative matters
- Co-ordination with the internal cross-functional departments / offices for smooth execution of day to-day business operations
Education Qualifications
- A Graduate (preferable in Economics) with above kind of experience
- Computer proficiency
- Typing speed minimum 30 w.p.m
- Shorthand will be given weightage
- English fluency is a must
