The person should be post graduate (MA/MSc) or higher in the field of
Social Sciences, Biological, Environmental studies. Presently the work
involves convincing communities to participate in the barricading of
Open Wells. The person should have good aptitude to work with the
locals and talk in their language. Persuasion skills will be of help.
Subsequently, candidate’s role will increase in implementing the plan
on ground. A person from the nearby (Gondal, Rajkot, Bhavnagar)
locality will be preferred. The remuneration will vary from Rs.
12000-18000, based on the qualifications and experience. Please send
