Profile of important essential oils discussed in detail, also covered are carriers and carrier oils, along with their application and method of use. Use of aromatherapy in daily life for health & wellbeing, and aromatherapy formulations for common ailments are also explained.

CHAKRA & CRYSTALS HEALING

Our ancient scriptures have talked about the CHAKRAS, literally “wheel or vortex” of major energy center in subtle body, responsible for specific physiological and psychic functions. Though the Chakras are invisible, you can feel them by hand. When there is balance among the Chakras, you have maximum vitality, health and body ecstatic. The energy flowing is what makes it possible for our physical bodies to exist.
Crystals have been used since ages for healing and balancing the body, mind and spirits, they can help to re-establish a broken link between mind body and the spirit. Today crystal healing is considered as a complementary therapy herein the healer uses the crystal energy to enhance the healing process of the being.
The workshop intends to integrate knowledge of Chakras, crystals and essential oils with other healing techniques to heal and balance Chakras. It covers Energy Field Imaging (With ISIS device), Chakra assessment techniques, chakra healing and balancing techniques and demonstrations.
