DOG MENACE

In Mumbai, stray Dogs controlled the street.  Dog population has drastically increased. Many a times, the group of dogs attack the strangers and school going children.  There are several reports of dog biting on a day to day basis.  The State govt. or BMC or other concerned authorities not taking any action against this menace.  After ban of kill of dogs through a court verdict – the dogs population have increased all over the country.  But the animal rights organization mum against the human beings who is getting dog bites and lots of peoples lives taken by these stray dogs.  In a democracy, our govt. cares and protects street dogs than the human being.  Not a single action is taken to control this stray dog menace.   Most of the dogs are carrying dangerous rabbis’ virus which is the great threat to the human being especially the vast populated metro cities like Mumbai.  Even after the flash flood in Mumbai, the dogs’ population doubted in our area.  The animal rights group should also be answerable what they are going to do in controlling the ‘Mumbai street dogs gangs’.

In the night, one cannot freely walk without fear of dog bite.  The BMC have special dept. to handle dog menace.  But they are doing nothing.

On the other hand, it created a big market for pharma companies to sell their high cost rabbis vaccines. In a market oriented economy, the corporate pharma companies producing rabbis vaccine created their own market.  In a great democracy like us, govt. seems to be more concerned about Dogs and animals rather than millions of innocent human lives. In an incredible India, it seems that dogs get empowered.  In a democracy, we lost our freedom of expression. But dogs can bark “bow bow” and bite freely. Dogs will get protected from courts and govt. The time has come to redefine and rethink about our democracy.

We need a govt. who cares their citizen from the attack of animals like cheetah which is happening day to day basis at Borivali park, and rest of the country and stray dogs menace.  What is the govt. doing to control the stray dog population across India?
