Who is responsible making Telgi and stamp paper scam in India? The govt. itself is responsible for such problem. Today, getting stamp paper is a whole day’s exercise. Stamp paper available only on working days between 10 to 4 p.m. It makes working people very difficult and take unnecessary leave to buy a stamp paper. The other problem is that, it is not accessible in the nearby area. There is very less stamp vendor in Mumbai. Giving more revenue to govt. is a big headache for the people. Peoples are penalised by govt. and denying immediate access to such services. From every day, it is getting bad to worse.
People reposed faith in govt. while they are using the currency notes. For the sake of a Telgi scam, why should the whole people penalised by making acute shortage of stamp papers and denying access to get stamp paper for the people. It is the govt. duty and failure to find out proper solution by ensuring free access and immediate access to the services and service providers. Our suggestion on this issue is that stamp paper should be availed through all the Banks, Post Offices, Retailers, Vendors and other outlets, so that people should not face difficult to getting stamp paper. Even stamp vendor facing difficulty in getting stamp paper of small denomination especially below Rs.100/- from the old custom house. This kind of chaotic situation will create many more Telgis, who fulfill the vaccum created by the govt.
I am not here to make political comment – but I am compelling to tell the fact that after DF govt. come to power – we got every services through long queues only. There is deficiency of services every where. Due to absence of governance, we are now better called a ‘Quequed democracy’. Surely there is lack of supervisory control and governance failure across the whole system. While govt. is only concentrated to help the corporate and Real estate developers at the cost of innocent poor citizen. When will the govt. act?Let us all wait and w
