B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 – Oct

2. Services that were sought:	safty and securty

3. Problem/s I faced:	I am coming from Ghaziabad to Dadri on 26-10-2009 at 12:10 pm. A police gipsy who has three policemen is standing near Rajjapur fatak. He stops my motorcycle. I stopped my Bike. A police man named Gautam Budh taking some money as seva sulk to a person not having pollution certificate of her bike. He said “ye pasha bade shabh ke liye h.” and indicating to the policeman sitting inside gipsy. He asked another person Rs.200 as he have not have D.L. He let me go because I am a L.L.B [advocate] and I have all the papers.

4. Bribe amount:	asking bribe of 200 rs for not making of CHALLAN

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	no

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

6. Result:	i haven’t take any action because matter is not relating to me.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	prociding of filing of challn should be easy.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	take action as hurry as possible

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	If we see some wrong which is against our morality? Than go against it because our silence encouraged them.
