B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 – Oct

2. Services that were sought:	I wanted a fair,transparent,naturally justified sale proclamation proceedings(after complying with the provisions of Rules 52 to 55 of SCH-II to I.T.Act,1961)in D.R.C.122 of 2006.,as the beneficial ownner of the Defaulting Company(holding majority,but not in management,due to co. being closed).

3. Problem/s I faced:	The application/Objection Dt.19.10.2009, 1.01.2010,went on deaf ears(prefixed arrangement to sell the property ,having value of more than Rs.13 crore in 2004,at throw away Reserve Price ,was a deal between Recovery Officer and others),and on 7.01.2010,bid of Rs.3.01 crores was accepted.

4. Bribe amount:	I do not know.

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	I am an agrieved person.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	How can I say so.But,I will never go through that route.

6. Result:	Probably,the Auction sale will be confirmed in a dramatic way,if the Recovery Officer is left to play the Game,freely.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	1.should discourage auctions,holding in the Office of Recovery Cell in D.R.T.Allahabad9(unless some compelling reasons,make it inevitable); 2.All auctions,of more than Rs.1 crore value(in single lot should be discouraged); 3.A sense of fear should be created,so that R.O.,has to think again and again before making any pact,with the real -estate brokers/agents,negotiators. 4.The sale confirmation.should be made tougher,and free hand to the R.O.,should be restricted by handling appeals under section 30 of R.D.B.Act,1993,in more thorouhgh way.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	1.should have vigilant watch on the Recovery Officer’s and family’s recurring,as well as capital expenses.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	They should send their complaints to the concerned authorities against the black sheeps,even by keeping their identities,secret,till the Investigating/Vigilance Authorities create a sense of horror in the hearts of th corrupt officers.There will be no fear from Real Estate Agents/Brokers/Negotiators,once the Govt Officers supporting/accepting their dirty offers/money start saying NO to them
