| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Accountant in Agra-AD Office asks for 1% commission and accountant in Mathura-District hospital asks for 2% commission for signing the PF form request. |

| Suggestion 1: | kindly put notice board in the office premises discouraging people not to pay bribe |
| Suggestion 2: | let the victim approach higher authorities if required then and there |
| Suggestion 3: | Official should be fined with the equal amount of bribe taken |
