| 2. Services that were sought: | Courtesey, besides clarification from the police regarding what constituted a public place in reference to smoking. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | The Sub inspector Mr C. Charles was enraged when I asked clarification regarding the alleged smoking offence i ws being booked under. Was smoking on the roadside which according to Mr Ramadoss himself is not a public place. He finally took 250 Rs and did not give a challan |
