Address of the government organisation:	sir, i am running a hotel named hotel sahil & restaurant at sriganganagar rajasthan. a constable of rajasthan police who is posted in kotwali area in the area where our hotel is located. everday he asks us give him free liquor and food stuff , after giving him several times we refused him he threatens us now that we will not be able to run our hotel we are running a bar in the premises as authorised by the government. once i refused him then the next day he came in to my bar and took four customers to the p.s. saying that they were watching criket matches and were betting money in the matches, he was in civil dress and didnot took any of our hotel authorities premisiion to enquire about matter. the next day we reported this to the police circle incharge he assured us that this will not be repeated but now again he has started threatening us and asks about liquor and fod stuff . ihave his voice recordding for his beer demanding in my phone but he says nobody can transfer him and if i want to run my hotel i have to give him bribe. one more incident i must tell that once in my bar 2 people were misbehaving this was reported to control room and by the time police reached they were thrown out by our staff as thy were getting on the nerves and this guy came with three more constables and he registered the case against us by pampering the other party and he registered f.i.r under section 341/323/382/143 and the case was registered against vikas garg (me) and my 10- 15 waiters and just to harress and blackmailing me that we will put you in police custody as you have taken his mobile and 11000/ rs and in section 382 ipc we are eligible to call you in police for the recovery of the mobile and money the fir no. is 165/09 but after invetigation 382 ipc was not charged upon me as the i.o. was a thorough gentelman and he got the truth in his investigation but this constable harreesed me alot. sir this is my humble request please take action against him as soon as possible and i can give you recording for demanding liquor stuff for free. his name is ravindra chauhan constable kotwali sriganganagar. please keep my complain confidential. one more thing i assured the c.i. that we can oblige police officials OFFICER LEVEL anytime but cannot entertain the constables. vikas garg hotel sahil 2 c ravindra path sriganganagar rajasthan 0154 2470259 , 2472903 09414089299
