filmmakers and artists to take part in the Laadli Youth Fest on the theme
'Images: The girl child'

About Laadli

Laadli is a comprehensive communication campaign launched by Population
First to address issues related to the low status of the girl child in
society and male preference in families. We work with the youth - future
parents, decision makers and agents of change - to help change mindsets and
perceptions about the girl child. The competitions listed are an opportunity
for the college and non-college youth to give creative expression to their
understanding of the theme, 'Images: The girl child'.
