1.Problem:	one of the flat owners is not paying for water and electricity charges

3. Details:	he is not paying his portion of charges fro water consumption and electricity charges fro common amenities

4. Additional information:	Nil
5. Steps taken till now:	we have brought to the notice of bmc and do tell him in writing and verbally also

6. Result:	he just ingnores and files comlaint with police and bmc

7. Help needed now:	advice the action which will force him to pay up his dues
